# AccountFlow — demo tour transcript (text walkthrough)

## 1. Launch (0:00)

Start `AccountFlow.exe` or `python main.py`. Splash → main shell. Default UI language: **English**. Operator signs in (configurable roles).

## 2. Client portfolio (0:30)

Open **Clients** — multi-client CRM for an accounting firm. Each client has folder structure, deadlines, and email routing. Calendar shows VAT and filing deadlines (configurable per market).

## 3. Invoice inbox (1:00)

**Inbox watcher** monitors IMAP or local drop zone. Incoming PDF/XML parsed automatically:
- SEF / UBL e-invoice XML  
- OCR for scanned PDFs  
- Duplicate detection  

Invalid invoices rejected with validator messages (see unit tests).

## 4. Posting assistance (1:30)

**Konto learning** suggests chart-of-account entries from history. Optional **Ollama** local AI for explanations inside the firm boundary — no cloud required.

## 5. EU surfaces (2:00)

Modules for **Peppol BIS 3.0**, EN16931, GDPR toolkit, EU AI Act documentation helpers, UK MTD stub, US payroll stubs — buyer enables per market.

## 6. Mobile + API (2:20)

Flask **API server** + **mobile PWA** for client document upload to the agency pipeline.

## 7. Build & ownership (2:40)

Full **Python source**. `python build_exe.py` produces branded `.exe`. Buyer rebrands UI, config, and national tax connectors.
