## What it is

NMQ.Architect is an **AI operator stack**:

1. **Work Studio** — business cockpit UI + modules (MCP, skills, Billclear, Care Compass, provisioner hooks)
2. **Agent Studio** — Cursor-style agent engine (sessions, tools, streaming)
3. **Electron** — Windows desktop installer / portable build path
4. **Express + SQLite** — local data plane

Source lives in the seller’s Architect repos (canonical MAX: Work Studio + Agent Studio consolidated). Public mesh demo is sandboxed.

## PoC path

1. NDA (mutual)
2. PoC fee (€3,500) — credited toward purchase within 90 days
3. Read-only GitHub (or zip) + build guide
4. Run locally: `npm install` → `node server.js` (Work Studio :3101) / Agent Studio route
5. Decide: code-only / handover / go-live / full acquisition

## Exclusions (default)

- GEO Operator OS / Creem subscriptions on `/pricing`
- Enterprise Brain GRC stack (sold separately)
- AccountFlow desktop accounting (sold separately)
- Buyer’s own API keys / cloud spend
