- Confirm **DEMO** labeling (sandboxed — no real admin/deploy)
- Gold/black Work Studio shell: navigation, modules entry points

## 0:30–1:30 — Work Studio modules

- Open Skills / MCP surfaces (catalog + gateway concept)
- Note vertical skill packs are workflow packs — not certifications
- Billclear / Care Compass entry points (where enabled in build)

## 1:30–3:00 — Agent Studio

- Open `/agent-studio/` (or in-app Agent Studio)
- Start a session, send a prompt (canned / demo responses in public sandbox)
- Show tools / streaming UX as available in DEMO mode

## 3:00–4:00 — Ownership story (for buyers)

- Same stack ships as source + optional Electron Windows build
- Buyer brings own model API keys in production (`.env`)
- Separate from Creem GEO Ladder on `/pricing`

## Notes for recorder (future MP4)

Prefer recording from local `node server.js` on :3101 with demo DB, then H.264 encode for Chrome — same pipeline as AccountFlow sale videos.
