Affiliate Partner Operations Guide
How to navigate the workspace menu, issue partner access (licence), and onboard new affiliate partners in Affiliate Tracker.
1. Workspace menu & sign-in
The Tracker uses one login screen. Choose where you enter before signing in — the form auto-fills the correct demo credentials.

Partner) without typing credentials.
2. Issuing partner access (licence)
A partner licence means the affiliate may sign in to their own dashboard, receive tracking links, and earn commission. You grant this when creating the partner with Create partner login (AFFILIATE role) enabled.
What the licence includes
- Unique login email and password (AFFILIATE role in the system)
- Default tracking link bound to the casino landing URL
- Wallet in the default settlement currency (e.g. RSD in sandbox)
- RevShare % and CPA amount as configured at creation

3. Adding a new affiliate partner
- Sign in as Casino operator.
- Scroll to the Partners section on the admin dashboard.
- Click Add partner (gold button).
- Complete the form: partner name, email (unique), RevShare %, optional CPA, optional postback URL.

Keep Create partner login checked to issue the licence. Set a password
or leave blank for the default
PartnerChangeMe1!. - Submit. A confirmation shows the login email and password — share securely with the partner.
- Use Search and pagination to find the partner later.
4. Partner dashboard (what affiliates see)
After the partner signs in with their licence, they can:
- Copy their tracking link and share it with traffic sources
- View clicks, registrations, conversion rate, and earnings
- Configure S2S postback URL for REGISTRATION and DEPOSIT events
- Review payout ledger and conversion history
- Change display language and workspace currency (EUR / USD / regional)
5. Multi-currency telemetry
Satellite casinos may send deposits in any supported fiat (RSD, BRL, INR, etc.). Amounts are normalized to the ledger base (EUR) and shown in the currency you select in the top bar.
6. Print or save this guide as PDF
- Click Print / Save as PDF in the toolbar above.
- In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF (or a physical printer).
- Enable Background graphics for best black & gold colours.
