Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all AI Command Center products and services, including META PUMP, and to anyone who uses them — whether as a customer, trial user, or visitor. By using our products you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly, and only for legitimate business and marketing purposes.

META PUMP generates AI creatives (images) and copy from text prompts for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. Because the tool can produce visual content, this policy sets clear rules about what you may and may not generate.

Prohibited content

You must not use our products to generate, create, store, share, or promote:

· Sexually explicit material, pornography, or sexualized content of any kind (NSFW).

· Deepfakes — realistic images, audio, or video of real people created without their consent.

· Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

· Violence, gore, threats, or content inciting harm against any person or group.

· Content that violates someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

· Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity, including fraud, scams, and deceptive marketing.

· Content targeting or depicting minors in any sexual, violent, or exploitative context — this is absolutely prohibited.

Prohibited activities

Beyond content, you must not use our products to:

· Misrepresent yourself, your business, or the origin of your ads in a way that deceives consumers.

· Bypass, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the security, availability, or fair use of our services.

· Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the products or their outputs without written permission.

· Upload or generate content that violates the advertising policies of any platform you publish to (including Meta), or the law of any jurisdiction where you operate.

AI moderation

Our products apply automated AI moderation to generated content. Prompts and outputs are screened against the prohibited categories above. AI moderation is not perfect, and it is not the final word — you remain responsible for the content you generate and publish.

We may review activity connected to reported content, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

Consequences for violations

Violations of this policy may result in any or all of the following, at our discretion:

· Warning and removal of the prohibited content.

· Suspension or permanent ban of your account and access to the products.

· Termination of licenses without refund.

· Reporting of serious or illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

We decide on bans at our discretion, based on the severity and frequency of the violation. There is no automatic right of appeal, but you may contact us if you believe the decision was made in error.

Platform policies still apply

We generate creative material, but we do not guarantee that it will be accepted by any advertising platform. You must ensure that your final ads comply with the advertising policies of the platform where they run (e.g. Meta’s Advertising Standards) and with applicable law.
