Who we are

AI Command Center is operated by DEJAN MILOŠEVIĆ PR (Company Registration No. 67536193, registered 2006), doing business through aicommandcenter.pro. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our site, buy a product, or connect an external service, and how we handle that data.

What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to operate the service and communicate with you:

· Email address — when you contact us, subscribe, request a demo, or complete a purchase.

· Payment data — purchases are processed by Creem. We do not see or store your card number; Creem returns an order confirmation and the email you paid with.

· Optional connections — if you connect Google Search Console (GSC) or Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to our SEO/analytics features, we access the site, keyword, and traffic data you authorize for that account. We never read emails or unrelated Google data.

· Basic usage & server logs — pages requested, timestamps, referrer, and IP address for security and to keep the site stable.

How we use it

· To deliver purchased products (e.g. META PUMP) and subscription access.

· To send order confirmations, receipts, and support replies via email.

· To run the SEO/analytics features you explicitly enable with your GSC/GA4 accounts.

· To keep the service secure, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Storage & security

Your email and order records are stored on secured servers (Hostinger) with access limited to the operator. Communication is protected with HTTPS. External connections (GSC/GA4) use Google’s OAuth — we never receive your Google password.

Third parties

· Creem — payment processing (stores payment data per their own privacy policy; we receive only the order confirmation).

· Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, support replies).

· Google — Search Console & GA4 APIs for the SEO/analytics features, only when you connect and authorize them.

· Hostinger — hosting infrastructure.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage for essential functionality: session/authentication state, language preference, and demo preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; core site pages still work.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Under GDPR (applicable to EU/EEA users), you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
