Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aicommandcenter.pro and any product, subscription, or service purchased from AI Command Center, operated by DEJAN MILOŠEVIĆ PR (Company Registration No. 67536193). By purchasing or using our services you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the services.

Our services

We sell self-hosted operator software, subscriptions (Free / Pro / Team), and digital tools such as META PUMP. Pro and Team are paid subscriptions; META PUMP is a one-time digital purchase delivered by email. Details of each plan are shown on the pricing page.

Payments & billing (Creem)

All payments are processed by Creem, our payment provider. Card data is handled by Creem and never stored on our servers.

· Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle until cancelled.

· One-time products are charged once at checkout and delivered immediately.

· You must have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

· If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is settled.

Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once access is granted. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. If a product is defective or does not match its published description, contact us and we will make it right. Legal withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law are preserved.

License

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse engineer the software. Commercial redistribution or white-label use requires a separate written agreement.

Client obligations

· You are responsible for the environment where self-hosted software runs (hardware, hosting, API keys).

· You must not use the software for unlawful activity or in violation of third-party platform rules (job boards, ad networks, AI providers).

· Automated output (proposals, ads, analytics) is your responsibility to review before use.

· Demo routes are read-only mock environments and never touch live accounts, databases, or wallets.

Disclaimer of liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEJAN MILOŠEVIĆ PR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
