What you buy

AI Command Center is a software product (a SaaS license). Your subscription gives you access to your NMQ dashboard, where the software monitors and reports on your Google Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics data.

We license the software and run the monitoring and reporting for you. We do not sell a service that guarantees you will rank.

Read-only access to your accounts

To show you reports, the software needs read-only access to your Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Business Profile.

· We only ever read this data — we cannot change or delete anything in your accounts.

· You can revoke access at any time from your Google account. Once you do, we stop seeing your data.

Content and publishing

Any content we generate for you (posts, pages, reports) is published to your site only with your explicit consent. We never publish anything on your site without you saying yes.

No guaranteed rankings

We sell software and monitoring, not guaranteed results. Search rankings depend on Google and on your market — no tool can promise a #1 position. If anyone promises you guaranteed rankings, do not believe them.

Your data stays yours

You remain the owner of all your accounts, data and content. We never claim ownership of your business data, your Google accounts, or anything you connect. When you cancel or revoke access, we stop using your data and delete it on request.

Payments & billing (Creem)

All payments are processed by Creem, our payment provider. Card data is handled by Creem and never stored on our servers.

· Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle until cancelled.

· One-time products are charged once at checkout and delivered immediately.

· You must have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

· If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is settled.

Money-back guarantee & refunds

Monthly subscriptions (GEO STARTER $149, GEO GROWTH $249, GEO OVERLORD $499, GEO AGENCY $999) include a 7-day money-back guarantee processed through Creem, if you are not happy within 7 days of the first payment.

AI CRAWLER REPORT ($19 one-time) is a digital deliverable. Once the report is delivered, that purchase is non-refundable. Review the sample audit before buying.

Subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time — cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. The full rules are in our refund policy.

License

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse engineer the software. Commercial redistribution or white-label use requires a separate written agreement.

Disclaimer of liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
