Question 1

What is the Reddit Trust Gap?

Accepted Answer

Roughly 63% of AI citations come from Reddit (about 40%) and YouTube (about 23%). AI engines treat those platforms as high-trust sources. If your business has no presence there, AI has no reason to name you — that gap is your Trust Gap.

Question 2

Why does AI trust Reddit and YouTube more than my website?

Accepted Answer

AI models are trained to weight community-sourced, frequently-updated content as reliable ground truth. A static business site with no community signals scores lower as a citation source, so AI names whoever shows up on Reddit or YouTube for the query instead.

Question 3

How does the free Trust Gap check work?

Accepted Answer

Enter your domain, keyword and city. We run the Key Sources split — the same job the AI Command Center machine runs — and show you what percentage of AI citations go to Reddit, YouTube, owned sources and competitors instead of you.
