Refund & Returns Policy

1. Digital products

Everything we sell is delivered digitally: software licenses, self-hosted installations, templates, toolkits and guides. Delivery is instant — via email, download link or direct repository access — so standard „return in the box“ rules for physical goods do not apply. Instead, this policy defines exactly when a refund is available and how to request one.

2. 14-day EU right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. This right is recognised here. However, for digital content delivered with your express consent and immediate start of performance — for example, an instant download or immediate access to a self-hosted package — EU law allows the right of withdrawal to be lost once performance has begun. We always ask for this consent at checkout.

Concretely: if you order and receive a downloadable/delivered product, the 14-day withdrawal period ends once you have started downloading or using the product.

3. Subscriptions — 7-day money-back

7-day money-back guarantee: If the machine is not running your automated daily jobs (Morning cycle 06:15–07:30 — GEO, Citation Lock, AI Thief, Model Consistency, Recommendation Tracker, Proof Collector, Ghost + AXP page generation) within 7 days of purchase, you get a full refund via Creem.

After 7 days: cancel anytime from your dashboard at api.aicommandcenter.pro or from the Creem customer portal. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle. No pro-rata refund for the current month, as VPS resources and jobs have been consumed.

3b. BYOK — your API keys

BYOK = Your OpenAI, GSC, GA4 keys. Cost ~$15/mo is billed directly by OpenAI/Google on your account, $0 on us. Not refundable by us. You can skip keys = 2 free checks/day $0.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your Creem receipt, or request via Creem directly — Creem is Merchant of Record and handles invoice, tax and refunds. Response within 24h.

5. What is not refundable

• Audit $19 after delivery.
• API costs on your own OpenAI/Google account (BYOK).
• Current month after the 7-day window has passed and jobs have run — the number of jobs the machine has executed is published on the live proof page.
• Chargeback abuse or fraud — we reserve the right to dispute.

6. Self-hosted & Privacy

The machine runs on your VPS. Your data stays yours, not shared with other tenants. No services, only software.

Legal: this is digital software with immediate execution after purchase with your consent. You lose your EU 14-day withdrawal right for the $19 audit once delivery starts, per EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art 16(a). For subscriptions, the 7-day guarantee applies voluntarily.
